New Music: Behold

Behold is the first single off the forthcoming album ‘The Unseen’.

The song derives its title from the following words from the Book of Revelation chapter 21:

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

5 And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.”

The music and accompanying imagery is designed to capture a sense of the grandness of the new heaven and new earth and in particular that God’s place is now with his people on the earth.

There is a beautiful sense of finality but also new beginnings – the real and ultimate ‘and they all lived happily ever after’ – in the words “Behold, I am making all things new.”

I’m excited to share the vocals on this song with Tracey Sahayam who did an amazing job of capturing the ethereal otherworldly beauty that this song is meant to evoke.
